Return & Store Credit Policy
At Calfnero, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted
leather products. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand by our
craftsmanship. Please read our policy carefully before making a
purchase.
Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with photo/video proof.
Eligibility Conditions
Returned products must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- With all tags, dust bags, and original packaging intact
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are eligible only for exchange or store credit, not cash refunds.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or store credit will not be approved for:
- Used, altered, or mishandled products
- Minor leather variations in color or grain (natural leather characteristics)
- Returns sent without prior approval
How to Request a Return
Customers must submit the Return Request Form available here.
Once approved, return instructions and the Kolkata warehouse address will be shared.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no extra cost.
Store Credit (No Cash Refunds)
Calfnero does not offer monetary refunds.
All approved returns are processed as store credit only.
Store credit is issued after:
- The returned product is received at our warehouse
- The item passes quality inspection and matches its original condition
Store credit:
- Is issued within 7–10 business days of approval
- Is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date
- Can be used for future purchases on calfnero.in
- Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Return Shipping
- For approved damage or incorrect delivery claims, Calfnero bears return shipping costs
- For preference-based returns or exchanges, shipping may be borne by the customer
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, only if not shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
