Refund And Return Policy

At Calfnero, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted leather
products. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand by our
craftsmanship. Please read our policy carefully before making a
purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • All refund requests related to damage, incorrect color/design, or
    manufacturing defect must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
    , along with valid photo/video evidence.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must have all original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers (e.g., Festive Sale, Summer sale, etc.) are eligible only for exchange or replacement, not refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused due to mishandling.
  • Minor variations in leather color or grain, as these are natural characteristics of genuine leather.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return or exchange, email us at getintouch@calfnero.com with your order number, issue description, and photo/video evidence (if applicable).
  • Once your return request is approved, we will share a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

5. Damages & Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product or an incorrect color.
    We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange is to return the existing item and place a new order once your return is approved.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect product, Calfnero will cover all associated shipping costs.

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only if the product never reached you, arrived damaged, or is incorrect in design/color, and valid evidence has been provided.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at getintouch@calfnero.com.

8. Return Shipping & Warehouse Address

  • Approved returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Kolkata, India (details will be provided once your request is approved).
  • For eligible claims (damage, incorrect delivery), Calfnero covers return shipping costs.
  • In other cases (like size or style preference exchanges), the return shipping cost may need to be borne by the customer.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
