3 Years Warranty Coverage

Calfnero products are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Calfnero or authorized retailers.

What is Covered

• Stitching defects
• Hardware issues (such as zippers, clasps, buckles)
• Leather quality defects arising from workmanship

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, or softening of
  leather)
• Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or exposure to
  extreme conditions (water, heat, chemicals, etc.)
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Variations in natural leather texture, marks, or color tone (as
  these are inherent to genuine leather)

Warranty Service

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Calfnero will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product free of charge, or
• Replace the product with the same or similar model (subject to availability).

Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) to claim warranty service. Shipping costs for returning the product may apply, unless otherwise specified.
